This page is for clinicians and prosthetists ordering a LegStyle cover on behalf of a client. For most orders, download the order form and send it through with the required scan information and PO details.
Every cover ordered with complete scan information is guaranteed to fit. If the fit ever needs adjusting, we work with you to resolve it at our expense.
How ordering works
Capture the scans
We work from a 3D scan of the prosthesis, plus a sound-side scan where available. The 3D scanning guidance (PDF) shows how to capture scans we can work from. If a sound-side scan is not practical, sound-side measurements are accepted instead.
Complete the order form
The order form (PDF) walks you through the rest: style and colour, shape, trimlines, zipper placement, and hardware access.
Email it through
Send the completed form and scans, with your PO or funding details, to orders@legstyle.com.
Requests beyond the standard form
Requests are welcome. They take longer, and depending on the request may cost more. Standard orders vs custom projects (PDF) explains which route a case fits, and we agree the path with you before any work starts.
If you are unsure about anything, please reach out at any stage. We are always happy to talk a case through and make sure a cover is right for your client.
Pricing and funding
LegStyle covers are currently set up for Peke Waihanga ordering under:
Stock Code: 35974
- $595 + GST per cover (NZ pricing via the Peke Waihanga funding pathway)
- $545 + GST for children's covers (10 and under)
- $495 + GST for a second cover on the same setup, ordered within 3 months of delivery. After that, or if the prosthesis changes, it is quoted as a new job
- Refurbishment or re-print of a worn cover at a reduced rate. Get in touch for a quote

After you order
Design review and turnaround
Unless you select otherwise on the form, every order includes a design review with renders for your approval before manufacture.
Typical turnaround is about three weeks from receiving the completed order information, and often faster: a quick design review approval is the main thing that brings it down. Custom requests and development projects run to their own timeline, agreed up front.
Fit guarantee
Every cover ordered with complete scan information is guaranteed to fit.
If the fit ever needs adjusting, we work with you to resolve it at our expense. Every fit issue clinicians have raised with us has been resolved. If a delivered cover is not sitting as expected, the cover sizing troubleshooting guide (PDF) covers the usual adjustments, and we are always happy to help directly.
